Southern Charm Winery will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of order (excluding Mondays). NOTE: Please refer to "Warm Weather Shipping Policy" for exceptions. You will be notified via email if there is any delay in shipping your order. Standard UPS delivery times apply; tracking information will be emailed from UPS once your order ships from Southern Charm Winery.Out-of-State Shipments: Southern Charm Winery does collect NC sales tax for all shipments since the sales is from a NC merchant.
For wine shipments outside of UPS shipping zones 1, 2 or 3: Additional handling may be required to preserve the integrity of the wine during transit. You will be contacted prior to fulfilling order if this is applicable.
If you receive products that are damaged during transit, you must file a claim with UPS within 48 hours of receiving damaged product and notify Southern Charm Winery of pending claim. Please keep damaged boxes and products in the event UPS requires them as part of the claim process. Products will be replaced once UPS has fulfilled the claim.
Once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified.
Due to the nature of our product, Southern Charm Winery cannot process refunds.
Effective June 1 through September 30:
• Wine will be shipped only if temperatures are 80 degrees or below and only in a next day ship zone.
• Wine will ship Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only to prevent wine from remaining in a warehouse over a weekend.
• It is strongly recommended that wine be shipped to a business address to ensure prompt delivery and that no packages are left outside.
